IcePrincessKRS
I am a bit of a carbohydrate freak. Me too. My goal to shed the last few pounds of baby fat is going to be done by exercise, I think. I'm not disciplined enough to diet like that. <_<
Carrie
Most people think you aren't allowed any carbs at all. The first 2 weeks are the hardest, but after that you are allowed to add more carbs into your diet, so it's not as if you are completely carb deprived. You are just supposed to have healtier carbs like salad and veggies, instead of the bad ones like bread and rice. I used to hate veggies, but I forced myself to have them on this diet and I love them now. Same goes for fish. I hated it but forced myself to try it again and again and I can eat tuna and salmon now. It was beneficial for me for my short term goals. IcePrincessKRS
I love veggies, but I also love bread and pasta and rice. I'd keel over if I had to cut them out of my diet, even for a week or 2. lol
