Jake Huether
Bruce is not hear to learn. And I'm almost positive he watches EWTN (if he even watches it at all) in order to try to knitpick. It's Father Corapi - that would have been easy enough, in my opinion. You guys are throwing pearls... Bruce, you don't know what you are doing. "Stop Persecuting me" - Jesus. Not what you would expect however, you must understand that I was into this for 22 years of my life, as a Catholic, so most of what you want me to "learn" I "got" before most of you were born. I'm here to lie, that is the part you don't seem to "get" ... not learn. If this section is for LESSONS ON BECOMING A GOOD CATHOLIC, then retitle the forum. Aloysius
Bruce, all your points have been brought up before, MANY MANY CENTURIES before. protestantism keeps repeating old mistakes, old heresies. don't try to use your experience to proove us wrong, cause in the grand scheme of things, The Catholic Church's Experience prooves Protestantism wrong :P
Dave
Not so. I actually AM LEARNING A TON. Not what you would expect however, you must understand that I was into this for 22 years of my life, as a Catholic, so most of what you want me to "learn" I "got" before most of you were born. If you'd already "gotten" what we want you to learn, then why do you keep on spouting nonsense about the Church? You spread lies, and you know it! You claim to go by the Bible, yet you ignore what the Bible says about telling lies. And you ignore us when we try to correct you on these untrue statements you make. Well, I'm sure you'll still choose to spread these lies no matter what. But on Judgment Day, when you appear before the Lord, and He confronts you about telling horrible lies about Him and His Church, you won't be able to plead ignorance! Paladin D
Not what you would expect however, you must understand that I was into this for 22 years of my life, as a Catholic, so most of what you want me to "learn" I "got" before most of you were born. Yet you obviously don't remember it, and/or you misunderstood what you were taught, and/or what you were taught was false to Catholic teaching. Sorry to hear that.
