phatcatholic
larry, you have repeatedly stated in this phorum that the catholics here do not have the holy spirit, our prayers are like "picking up the phone, but the line is dead," and that none of us are validly baptized. personally, i find this quite judgmental and offensive. so, i am curious: what is YOUR definition of a valid baptism? what are YOU suggesting we do? it is beginning to look like herein lies your beef w/ all of Catholicism. i anxiously await your repsonse........ Good Luck and God Bless You in your search for Truth, phatcatholic
Anna
PhatCatholic, You are too kind and gracious for words. We do not belong to the Church of Larry, and do not need to follow his "doctrines." We are members of the Church which Christ Himself established on Peter, and to Peter Christ gave the power to bind and loosen. If, on that authority, one is baptized, it matters not whether he is immersed, poured upon, nor sprinkled. He is validly baptized who is baptized with water in the Name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. I do not care what Larry thinks; I follow what Christ taught the Apostles. What matters is what Christ thinks! Pax Christi. <><
Circle_Master
Anna, phatcatholic started a good thread. You don't need to throw in an ad-homin for some unknown reason. Lets get back on topic on what truth's position of baptism is. I've already given mine on another thread.

CatholicAndFanatical
I dont think he has a clue on what he believes. He concentrates too much on bashing rather than learning. Everything he states is a copy and paste from an anti-Catholic website.
