Piamaria
I know a sister who was divorced, annulled and a recovering alcoholic. She entered and persevered in the carmel in san diego. Unfortunately she died of cancer in the late 1990s. She was my sister's 2nd grade teacher.

slisa
The Olivetan benedictines in Jonesboro will considered those who are divorced and have received an annulment as long as their children do not need them for support. There is an age limit of 50. Check them out at olivben.org
