HisChild
The Norbertines have always fascinated me with their hidden life and silence. I pray they flourish.
Laudem Gloriae
I started a thread on them in 2/08 here on PM - http://www.phatmass.com/phorum/index.php?showtopic=77277&view=&hl=norbertine%20&fromsearch=1 - I think the links listed still work but I didn't check them all. They look like a lovely community.
Noemi
Oh, premo nuns... Their habit is wonderful... The novices have white belt, the professed have got skyblue and the perpetually professed nun receives the 4 button.
Sarah147
I just saw the Norbertine Priests on EWTN Live w/Fr. Mitch Pacwa. It looked like a beautiful men's order, reverent, and they said the homilies are wonderful. http://stmichaelsabbey.com/Abbey-Home.html They said their Sisters are in Fresno, CA. Anybody have more recent info?
A photograph on this latest, shows TWENTY Norbertine women! sistersintigo
And, a hilarious account of a retreatant who had never before seen icicles on her car. Great photos. http://oiboyz.blogspot.com/2010/04/norbertine-nuns-in-tehachapi-ca.html Edited July 30, 2010 by sistersintigo
