For My Grandfather

Please pray for my Grandfather. He went into the hospital on New Years Eve and then was sent home. At midnight on New Years, he was sent in again. He is in the intensive care unit suffering from pneumonia and heart problems. Please pray that he will get better so that he can spend more time with the family, but if it is God's Holy Will, then also pray that he will have a peaceful and happy death.

Also please pray for my Dad's family during this stressful time because my Da is the only one who is a practicing Catholic out of all his brothers and sisters and my Grandmother is so overwhelmed with what is going on that she has completely shut down.
