Unless you think only Catholics can do miracles. The CC teaches though that even nonCatholics can have miracles. They rae simply to draw them nearer to God. And in a way they are at least probably catholic in that they don't know it in that sense. Even non-Catholics, or at least bad catholics, at least in the bible, did miracles. "did we not prophesy in your name... and miracles" "depart from me you workers of iniquity". just because it looks phony doesn't mean it's not a miracle.
