1337 k4th0l1x0r
I picked Florida, even though there is a very good case for Michigan. Some say that since Michigan vs. Ohio State has already been played, it shouldn't be played again. The problem is that the original game was held at Ohio State and Michigan lost by only a 3 point margin. Three points is often what most people - especially Vegas odds setters - consider home field advantage. So you can say that on a neutral site they would have tied. But ties aren't allowed anymore, so it would have to go one way or another. However, Florida plays in a much tougher conference and it is very difficult to win the SEC with no losses. I think it would also be more interesting to see two different styles against each other played. Two Big 10 teams really just doesn't do it for me. Guest SirThomasMore
I'm an admitted homer, but it has to be MICHIGAN. Pollsters will vote for Florida because they don't want a Midwest matchup or a rematch, but if you are truly concerned with the two best teams it has to be Michigan-OSU. Michigan lost by 3 on Ohio State's turf. Ohio State is the #1 team in the country. While Florida only has one loss to Auburn, Auburn is not the #1 team. So, I say Michigan. Didymus
I hate both teams equally, so that's why I can honestly say Florida should and will go to Glendale. 12-1 on the season (especially in the SEC this year) is not easy. They had a more difficult schedule then Michigan, and you can't say Michigan didn't have their chance. They did 3 weeks ago and came out on bottom. Florida came out on top this week. Plus, who wouldn't want to see Michigan play USC in the Rose Bowl this year?
EcceNovaFacioOmni
No doubt the weirdest situation I have ever seen in college football.
MRSannie
OSU vs Michigan was close in Columbus BECAUSE THE OFFICIATING WAS AWFUL. I have re-watched that game several times, and I wonder which official was named in Bo's will. I hope Florida goes- I don't think Michigan deserves another chance! Didymus
I have a feeling the Buckeyes could massacre Florida, but I much rather see that then have all this Big Ten rematch garbage. so it all turned out okay, even though the BCS is really jacked up this year
EcceNovaFacioOmni
Florida is better than people think but they are obvious underdogs going in. From what I saw between USC and UCLA, there are a few teams that would have destroyed USC. I am afraid Notre Dame might get pounded by LSU. I also tend to think that OSU-UM would have been a bigger win for OSU if not for some junky turnovers.
