jiyoung Posted September 18, 2005 Share Posted September 18, 2005 I have a weird kink in my hair. It's like part wavy, part curly, mostly straight. I usually just flat-iron it, but it takes forever. And I use Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum to smooth frizz and stuff. I wanna try curly hair though, I've had to put my hair in curlers a lot for show choir but it was always half-up-half-down. I started it this summer because it was just so hot sleeping with it down, and now I'm used to sleeping that way. It keeps it from tangling so much, too. For about 10 years, I had it relatively short, then decided to grow it out and actually did it. It's now just at shoulder level, and it's all natural -- no color, no perm. I just got it cut, so it's got some shape and all, and it really doesn't look bad, but I feel like I'm in a rut. I'm halfway tempted to get it cut short next time I go in. But then I'd eventually have to go through growing-out hell all over again, and I don't know if I have the intestinal fortitude for that. My hairdresser suggested I color it, but then I just have to keep coloring it, and that gets sooooo expensive. I dunno. Maybe I'll get some semi-permanent dye and go purple or something crazy for a little while. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
