It has been two and a half years since I was let go by the diocese; I've battled some pretty serious health problems since then, which have improved to the point where I have a full-time job; my commitment to the spiritual life can be hot one minute and cold the next; in short, please pray that God eventually leads me out of this desert, and that it takes less than forty years to get there.
