No, just profaning the Eucharist at St. Patrick Cathedral in New York, as I recall: http://www.catholicleague.org/catalyst/200...alyst/07805.htm

Anyway, we're not bashing the homosexual people, just punching the WBC.
Groo the Wanderer
Mehtinks we should have mutant taco-people kidnap him and drop him in the middle of San Francisco. Then attach an ankle bracelet that delivers a 10 bajillion volt shock if he attempts to leave the island. No punching needed. Starets
much as I might like to visit some poetic justice upon him for many reasons, not just his protesting funerals of dead soldiers, i don't dare fantasize about it. so I pray that he would realize the harm he is doing to so many people and repent of it before it is too late. I also pray for the repose of the soul of one of his early victims, whom I believe he hounded to suicide.
Balthazor
I just pray the Guy Wakes up one morning "Gets it", repents, Turns Catholic and goes on internationally broadcast media to publicly apologize....that I would pay to see. But until that Happens I propose we get a "jerk tax" going and every jerk will be taxed on his or her jerkiness. A real sin tax.

ardillacid
Why is Fred Phelps considered so evil? He is anti-homosexual agenda. He doesn't just protest at funerals as some would have you think. rollingcatholic
This guy does more to turn people away from Christ than the most liberal atheist could dream of. He does Satan's work.

Norseman82
I agree with him in that the homosexual agenda should not be forced upon us but rather fought. I just don't see what picketing soldiers' funerals does in the fight. If you want to fight this agenda, fight MTV and others in the media that are being used to propagate trash that you can establish a correlation to. I also wonder what his reaction to the desecration of St. Patrick's Cathedral in 1989 was? Edited November 23, 2006 by Norseman82
Veritas
Yeah, 3 daughters and 1 son are lawyers. They have a frim called Homely Crazy Homo-Haters Practicing Law When hate is perpatrated in the Name of my God, I tend to get violent.
+ Does anyone else see how ironic this is?
Well, gay-rights activists aren't protesting funerals of our fallen soldiers.
+ You don't get around much. How about coming to our masses wearing "rainbow flags and sashes" and forcibly taking the eucharist from the ministers? Or, how about coming to marriage blessings and standing-up as if they were "married"? It's scandalous. Even more than the funeral in my opinion.
