cappie
Watch, O Lord, with those who wake, or watch, or weep tonight, and give your angels charge over those who sleep. Tend your sick ones, O Lord Christ. Rest your weary ones. Bless your dying ones. Soothe your suffering ones. Pity your afflicted ones. Shield your joyous ones. And for all your love's sake. Amen. cmotherofpirl
#1 son now has pneumonia as well. # 3 is wheezing. I am merely ill. That means it was 100% contagious. The flu can be quite dangerous- the stepmother of my children died last month from complications of the flu, she was only sick 4 days.
cappie
Lord Jesus, Who went about doing good and healing all, we ask You to bless Your friends who are sick. Give them the strength in body, courage in spirit, and patience in pain. Let them recover their health, so that, restored to the Christian community, they may joyfully praise Your Name, for You live and reign forever and ever. Amen.
