Homosexuality?

I know that the church doesn't approve of homosexual actions and marrage. I guess the question is then, how should we act towards homosexuals?

In my opinion this letter from the SCDF is a good summary of the teaching of the Church and the pastoral care of the Homosexual person without ambiguity

Here is the simple version of that:
