[/quote] Lord knows how they're going to pay for it with taxes being so high. In Republican Florida, we use Lottery money that provides scholarships to all students who score well on ACT or SAT. My kids have gotten 100% or 75% scholarships depending on how high of grades they are willing to commit to. As if that's more important than Abortion? I'd rather see no more money go for additional college education and see better programs for foster kids, adoption agencies, and subsidize day care for working single parent families.
