Seven77
I'm getting ready to go now. I'm not sure who to vote for because both candidates for governor support abortion and embryonic stem-cell research. The Republican candidate supports civil unions, the Democratic candidate supports gay marriage, so I think this is going to have to be the dividing line between them. I do so reluctantly, however, because I don't want to vote for either of them. We have gay marriage in this state, though, so hopefully I can do something about it by voting for the anti-gay-marriage-but-pro-civil-unions-and-pro-abortion-and-pro-ESCR candidate as opposed to the pro-gay-marriage-and-pro-abortion-and-pro-ESCR candidate.
I had the same problem here in MD...both candidates for governor support ESCR and have puzzling views on abortion. I voted for the one against civil unions---a Republican, got to be blessing for our "blue state". ps: i voted before most---if not all--of yall! abseente ballot baby! :
clg01
I feel bad. I moved to Missouri about 5 months ago and, as is usually the case with me, I waited until the last minute to look into absentee ballot voting. So, suffice it to say, the deadline for absentee was last night (Nov. 6). So, I voted in my heart.... even though I know that doesn't count for anything. I really do feel bad though so, please don't go lashing out at me or anything. That said, I always vote.... I just got too busy and waited too late this time. You can also see election results here, too.

homeschoolmom
Yeah, I just realized that. Usually university campuses have polling right on campus. Check the ND secretary of state website. xTrishaxLynnx
Pretty much none of the candidates here in Maine were worth voting for. It's not often that my Dad can't find someone half decent to vote for. He ended up voting for the same guy I'm voting for, but he was going to write in Winnie the Pooh, lol. homeschoolmom
I voted. It was fast. My two older kids waited in the car. Something about being embarrassed about going into the school during school hours or something... I really miss pulling the lever and making all the little levers go flip, flip... and then KU-CHUNG! Now, that's votin'!!! Filling in circles with a pen is not the same...
