hyperdulia again
Anne of the Thousand Days is good. the Portrayal of poor Queen Catherine was very stirring and it offers some insight into why Bloody Mary was so bloody. It even made me like Charles V---I've never cared for him, he used force to get his will from the Pontiff, he convinced the world his mother was crazy, took her throne, and made her raise his children. bad boy. hyperdulia again
adendum diary of anne boleyn NOT anne of the thousand days. Her Catholic Majesty Queen Claude of France's speach on the virtues of being a wife rather than a mistress is REAL Medieval feminism at its best. Seatbelt Blue
I like the movie "Rudy". What he lacks in size, he more than makes up for in obnoxiousness.
valley
Don Juan - Charleton Heston did a remake of A Man... I love Charleton, but Paul Scofield WAS Thomas More.
PatrickRitaMichael
Dead Man Walking. I really liked that one. For some reason I also liked the sensible shoes that Susan Sarandon wore in them...they were so comforting... :)

socalscout
Who doesn't like Agnes of God? It's one of my fav movies. Ok maybe I am remembering the wrong movie. Is that the one where the scene shows her flailing around and all of a sudden getting the Stigmata.
