jasJis
I'm twisted. It's because of my mixed marriage. I drink both. Earl Grey rocks. Brewed strong for 'Grey, milk, and 1 sugar. I drink coffe as well, w/ milk & sugar. After 20+ years of marriage, we have never owned a coffepot. We have an electric tea-pot and use coffee in tea bags. (Which I would say is the BEST way to make coffee, secon to only Cuban Coffee made the traditional way.)
Don John of Austria
Coffee is one of the ways that we know God exist and that he loves us and wants us to be happy, just like beer. Tea is okay when your sick or over ice when your thirsty. Cream no sugar please.
Richard
Okay, I took your advice and tried dunking my biscuit into my tea. It was gross. First of all, my KFC buttermilk biscuit was too big for the medium sized cup that had my Iced Tea in it--and secondly, after I dunked my biscuit into it, a piece fell off into my tea and ruined it. Thanks alot. I'll stick to dunking my white coconut topped donuts into my coffee. You can't dunk biscuits in iced tea! It's late, but tomorrow I'l post a recipe for that perfect cuppa. Good night and God bless
Carrie
I need all the caffeine I can get, so tea it is!
Im4Him
I like both... Coffee in the morning, and at school, with a little cream and half a package of sugar. Tea at night, with nothing in it, when I'm trying to relax, or when I'm sick, with honey and lemon. I also like white hot chocolate with chocolate whipped cream from Second Cup. cmotherofpirl
You could be right, but I know its not what we call a biscuit.
Sojourner
Coffee is one of the ways that we know God exist and that he loves us and wants us to be happy, just like beer. Tea is okay when your sick or over ice when your thirsty. Cream no sugar please. I agree completely. Every time I drink coffee, it reminds me that God still loves me. Mmm. A little warm cup of love. About tea in the Deep South: Is it true that tea in the south is always sweet tea (or swayt tay, as I've heard it said)? I've got some Southerners living on my street, and they make something they call "swayt tay" that's almost like syrup ...
Ash Wednesday
Coffee is one of the ways that we know God exist and that he loves us and wants us to be happy, just like beer. Is that from the Benjamin Franklin quote?
Kilroy the Ninja
Sweet Tea (syrupy sweet tea) rules 'round here. But then so does an fabulously clear glass of brewed iced tea - mmmmmm refreshing on a hot afternoon!
jasJis
:coffee: A buscuit is a cookie. Their cookies tend to be healtheir than ours, like with fiber and nutritional stuff. They don't have the flaky, crumbly, *fish* that we call biscuits. They have rolls and pastries. (and they don't have English muffins either that I know of) Sheesh. He's speaking English, y'all. ::
Im4Him
I'm drinking coffee right now. Mmmmm.... We did surveys at school today for CCO, and one of the questions was, "If you could ask God one question, what would it be?" One girl put, "Why does coffee taste so good?"
