It is a brand new pen...of Krusty the clown, with his hand in what appears to be a floating tube (to go swimming in) at least, that is what it seems to be since he is dressed in a bathing suit and has flippers on Coolest pen ever!!!!
I thought she'd given you fangs.

homeschoolmom
The most important question is this: To which parent does the job of carving the pumpkins fall, mom or dad? HSdad claims his mom always did it. I'm doubtful.
Theologian in Training
Funny you should mention that. I am about to carve my pumpkins right now... Found some great patterns here: http://www.dltk-holidays.com/halloween/mpatterns.htm BTW, to get everyone here in the Fall spirit, we had pumpkin pancakes tonight. I learned something very important: I really need to learn how to cook but they did come out OK. Theologian in Training
So, I just finished carving two pumpkins. Messed up both of them....doh! Cmom, I followed a recipe I found in the newspaper. Hsmom, I have a bowl full of seeds...going to let them dry out overnight. It was funny while I was carving the pumpkins my pastor came into my room to see what I was doing, especially, since I had carved another one, turned out all the light going upstairs to our rooms, and placed the pumpkin at the back of the stairs He is of the belief that Halloween is evil, so tries to stay away, but I have always liked carving pumpkins and usually carve one every year BTW, phatcatholic, you should check out the history of Halloween on the History channel, it is quite informative and enjoyable to watch. I don't even get to that point
