I am thinking about it. Would just need to clear it with my pastor, who, after seeing me be the entertainment for this past year's Fall Festival, would probably encourage me to do so :)

BTW, if you must know. It is not NY

Cool! You will have to keep us posted.

And I don't have to know where you are :) I'm fine with "out east"

I managed to tick off the staff members that are for woman's ordination and got a lot of positive feedback from the rest. Amazing what happens when you preach a homily on the priesthood and use as an example the exorcist who happened to be my spiritual director in Omaha when I was in a program for priestly formation ;)

It's always good to tick off the staff. ;)

Actually, Hsmom got it right. I am surprised, if you read my posts carefully, it should have been obvious :ninja:

Especially ours. I have a feeling one of the other reasons the bishop put me here, is because, before me, it was 4 women and my pastor, and not all of them have the same "vision" he does for the parish.

Well, I am not known for being observant. Which is, I know, odd for someone who made a living as a journalist for a number of years, but there it is.

Well, time to get on board for the pastor's vision.

Well, he is also new to the parish as well, so he is waiting it out a year before making any drastic changes....February should be an interesting month ;)

It just takes concentration

Wow... that sounds like our parish. We got a new pastor and a new associate pastor within six months.
