And Kudos to you for keeping with the standard. I am sure you don't have these problems where you are, but I also don't doubt that they do, in fact, exist elsewhere. People are idiots like that sometimes. (Not that I am saying that a certain ammount of juvenile behavior is completely idiotic, I would think its expected, but you know what I mean.)
