dUSt
The mission is great... but doesn't have the word Catholic in it.
True. I think the whole Eucharist, real presence, blessed mother, mass, etc makes it fairly clear though.
... also, I've come to notice that one of the major charisms of this site is evangelization... it would be awesome to include that.
I was hoping the "dialogue" part would incorporate that.
1. should it be reverence for the Mass or reverence in? 2. it doesn't seem necessary to me to add the name "Mary" after "Blessed Mother." i think "Blessed Mother" by itself is sufficient.
1. In... It is good to have reverence for the mass, but one of the things I wish phatmass could do is increase reverence in the mass--as in, physically participating in mass becomes more reverent. 2. Good point.
Theoketos
Take out the "We feel" in the first sentence of the second paragraph. Feelings are not reality.
dUSt
Take out the "We feel" in the first sentence of the second paragraph. Feelings are not reality.
I already did. Read the latest copy... Also, I added "one, holy, catholic and apostolic" in the first paragraph. PHATMASS.COM Preaching Holy Apostolic Truth via innovative media Our mission is to live and defend the faith given to us by Jesus Christ by remaining completely obedient to the teaching authority of His one, holy, catholic and apostolic church. We encourage dialogue between people of all faiths and recognize that we are all seeking the truth. We must promote and adore His Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist, develop a habit of prayer, and renew our reverence in the Sacred Mass--which will help us in our journey to grow closer to Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. We recognize that we are in a constant battle of good vs. evil, and ask for the intercession of our Blessed Mother and all the saints in Heaven for a removal of pride and an increase in humility--our ultimate goal being sainthood. beatty07
another capitalization point - in the second paragraph, shouldn't "who" be capitalized, since it is a pronoun whose antecedent is Christ? I thought so, but I'm not sure.

beatty07
I would actually not capitalize those, though either would probably be correct. Capitalized, out of respect for them as the marks of the Church, they look more impressive. But lowercase, they appear as simple adjectives. In this case, I think that's more powerful. However, I would suggest capitalizing Church. Yes, I know I'm a geek for finding this interesting.
