So you are saying he didn't do it and was falsely accused???????? He was just walking around minding his own business when the authorities just picked him out at random because they needed to have someone to arrest because they couldn't arrest the real culprit?? Winchester
Well, let's hope you don't every get in trouble for someone else's crime in Singapore. That is better than the conservative false blissful ignorance.
I'm not stupid enough to go to Singapore. And I've a firm grip on reality. You're, as Hmschmommmom said, "shooting smoke." Maybe you should work in a neighborhood overrun by drugs for a while so you could fully appreciate the wonderful work traffickers do.

Mercy me
Singapore has simple rules. They publish them and the consequences. If someone chooses to violate the law them they do it knowing what punishment that they are facing. What they say in Singapore they mean, love it or leave it. So, you guys are against legislating morality?
homeschoolmom
Well, he'd better not go to Singapore
I think he said he wouldn't be going there. As Mercy Me said, the laws are plain. Even if you don't like them or don't agree with them you can't argue ignorance. People plainly choose to break the law and therefore plainly choose the consequences. How can you be against that?

Winchester
Yet, you support their over-zealous laws.
Didn't say that. I'm only typing the stuff not in quotes that has "Winchester" as the name of the person typing. I believe I said I couldn't work up the tears over a dead heroin trafficker. Of course, I've seen what heroin and other drugs do to people, directly and indirectly. You should take a break, do some kind of breathing exercise, count to ten thousand, reread the posts and then start typing.
