illeat
I heard alot of different answers to this question, and hope to get a final answer...Can a Roman Catholic receive Communion at a Greek Orthodox Mass? and via versa...
Pio Nono
JMJ 10/17 - St. Ignatius of Antioch illeat, We can receive communion with the Orthodox only if we have "prolonged absence" from the Roman Church and they are the only option. For instance, if you were trapped on Mount Athos, the only churches there are Orthodox ones, so you could receive communion. They are allowed to receive communion with us according to their own laws (with which I am unfamiliar). Hope this helps. Yours, Pio Nono
