Having Trouble

I'm having problems with a friend. I'm overly stressed when I talk to this person because I cant have a discussion with him because if I do and we dont agree (which usually happens) he starts saying really crazy stupid things that get me upset. He says things that I find are offending to God and it really bothers me. I think about it all the time because I like this guy, and someday I might want to have a relationship with him, but he is having some huge faith and soul issues, so I could never have a relationship with someone who doesnt think on the same level and terms as I do. Please pray for him that he can find God and be happy, and for the stress and burden it leaves on my shoulders. Thanks phamily.
