Circle_Master
What did Paul think the Jews were so guilty of that God was offended by them? The Jews rejected Christ as God. They even said His power was from Satan.

Not all jews rejected Christ, or there would have been no converts. Remember the Jews were WAITING for a Messiah. Matthew was writing for Jewish converts. Circle_Master
Not all jews rejected Christ, or there would have been no converts. Remember the Jews were WAITING for a Messiah. Matthew was writing for Jewish converts. Some Jews were waiting for a messiah - not all. And the Jews as a people rejected Christ. That is why salvation came to us as the gentiles. Romans 11:11 So I ask, did [the Jews] stumble in order that they might fall? By no means! Rather through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous. Romans 10:3 For, being ignorant of the righteousness that comes from God, and seeking to establish their own, [the Jews] did not submit to God's righteousness.
