Chiquitunga
Oh wow! You can finally purchase this? I love this movie as well! Thank you!
Yeah!! It's so great! It's not in American DVD format, and for a while it was available on eBay as this. But I wasn't sure if I should try buying it or not. Then all of a sudden it was available a few months ago on Amazon used items, and then on that UK Carmelite bookstore - in this PAL format - but it seems to work in most US DVD Players, as it's region 0. So far I've only heard that it doesn't seem to work in Sony US DVD players. But it's always guaranteed to work in a Mac!

EJames2
Hello to everyone! Have you guys heard of the "Teresa de Jesus" series that's going to be on EWTN? It is a great production!!! It was a made for TV movie I believe, in Spain, in 1984 consisting of 8 parts on the life of St. Teresa of Avila and the beginning of the Discalced Carmelite Order. Here are the times: Oct. 2 - 6 at 3AM and again at 6PM (for the first parts) ; then Oct 9 - 11 at 3AM and again at 6PM. (for the final parts) It is about 8 hours all together, about 1 hour for each part. It is entirely in Spanish, with English subtitles, but this makes it even greater, as it is filmed in Spain and very true to St. Teresa's real life. God bless everyone! Margaret
Thanks for the reminder, now that my folks get EWTN on Shaw Digital, my dad will tape it for me..thank God for VCR timers, its on at 3am over here! -
Totus Tuus
There was something on EWTN tonight about a Carmelite cloister. The TV was on mute so I don't know what it was but it looked interesting. Sorry, this is slightly

The other one on amazon is PAL format region 0 (works on some US DVD players, but not most) is also the original Spanish with the option of English, French, German, Italian or Portuguese subtitles.
