Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies [shall lie] in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Rev 11:9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
How will the ENTIRE world see the witnesses and their dead bodies at once?

That is only possible now...with the advent of Global Television and satillites.;)

Of course they will be in Jerusalem...

Rome is working now to have the Old City of Jerusalem under their control....

If youre still around and the witnesses are here, telling you to COME OUT OF HER, are you going to yell BIGOT AND HATER at them?

Just curious...

For all you PRETERIST types out there as well, who WERE the two witnesses?

{They havent been here yet}

Re 11:9
Men from among (ek tôn etc.). No word for "men" (anthrôpoi or polloi) before ek tôn, but it is implied (partitive use of ek) as in Re 2:10 and often. See also Re 5:9; 7:9 for this enumeration of races and nations. Do look upon (blepousin). Present (vivid dramatic) active indicative of blepô. Three days and a half (hêmeras treis kai hêmisu). Accusative of extent of time. Hêmisu is neuter singular though hêmeras (days) is feminine as in Mr 6:23; Re 12:14. The days of the gloating over the dead bodies are as many as the years of the prophesying by the witnesses (Re 11:3), but there is no necessary correspondence (day for a year). This delight of the spectators "is represented as at once fiendish and childish" (Swete). Suffer not (ouk aphiousin). Present active indicative of aphiô, late form for aphiêmi, as in Mr 1:34 (cf. apheis in Re 2:20). This use of aphiêmi with the infinitive is here alone in the Apocalypse, though common elsewhere (Joh 11:44,48; 12:7; 18:8). Their dead bodies (ta ptômata autôn). "Their corpses," plural here, though singular just before and in verse Re 11:8. To be laid in a tomb (tethênai eis mnêma). First aorist passive of tithêmi, to place. Mnêma (old word from mimnêskô, to remind) is a memorial, a monument, a sepulchre, a tomb (Mr 5:3). "In a country where burial regularly took place on the day of death the time of exposure and indignity would be regarded long" (Beckwith). See Tobit 1:18

Jerusalem was also know as "city on seven hills" that is a historical fact! Also please tell us where was Christ crucified? Answer, Jerusalem.

The harlot of Babylon is referred to as the "great city," in Apoc 7:18 and in chapter 18. So in Apoc 11:9, "...and their dead bodies will lie in the street of the GREAT CITY which is allegorically called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was crucified."

The book of The Apocalypse is telling us that the "Great City 'is Jerusalem, for Jerusalem is where Christ was crucified, it was not ROME, VACTIAN CITY, or anyother city on earth... Jerusalem. That is a fact.

Bablyon is Jerusalem, it has been Jerusalem, since it rejected and crucified Our Lord. Vatican City is not Bablyon it do not exist when John wrote Apoc

There's BABYLON--

then there's MYSTERY BABYLON.

Think about it.

Rome's seeking of control of Old Jerusalem...is a known fact, they desire Jerusalem to be internationalized.

Every false religion, and religious system is part of MYSTERY BABYLON, With Rome leading the head of the pack.

Hint: Sun worship {Worship of the Creation instead of the Creator} and worship of the Daughter of Chaldea are two predominant factors.

Just as a sidenote...didn't the KJV 1611 Rendition have the symbol of the Sun on it's cover?

The UN already controls Jerusalem, and also put it together as we see it today.

The Bible calls Jerusalem The Great City, which is the whore of bablyon, not Vatican City.

Why do you denie the bible?

Rome is not seeking control of Old Jersualem. In response to extreme Palestinian/Zionist violence in the city, Pope John Paul II suggested that Jerusalem be made a 'neutral' area under the control of no particular religious group. He thought that this would diffuse tensions over land, meaning that people of all three Abrahamic faiths could make pilgrimage to the Holy City without fear of getting shot. This sounds like sheer pragmatism to me, not a part of some apocalyptic conspiracy.

Where does this "mystery Babylon" appear in the Bible?

Thy Geekdom Come

Ooh, "mystery Babylon," a part of religion that no one is enlightened enough to have heard about.

We abandoned gnosticism a long time ago.

Oh, and the Book of Revelation identifies the city on seven hills as the city where the Lord was crucified. That's Jerusalem.
