homeschoolmom
Yeah...and the survivors just had REALLY good immune systems. I love how they put a literal thunderstrike and flash of lightning in there...so silly...I mean, I suppose it could happen that way, but I think it misses the point...
Well we could put a catholic twist on this maybe... If it did, the people taken away well like in the age of noah we're the bad people, and the woman that got up casually could have been thinking "well guess I'll get up and go outside and see Jesus, oh cant forget my book." And the man, could'da been thanking God for Christ' return... Its just a tought...

Old_Joe
I love how the whole "left behind" is geared towards scaring people straight. It seems to induce paranoia more than anything else.

Joey1976
It would have been better if the preacher would have been left behind too! Imagine the look on his face!!! lol Another thing i don't understand about the Rapture is, if those people who were listening to the preacher were "saved" why were they left behind? Or were they Catholics who hadn't prayed the sinners prayer yet? lol Edited September 24, 2006 by Joey1976
Clare
I was really scared by the thunder! However, I don't think that scaring people is the right way to try and convert them.
