Bruce S
yep, you take courage from a SAINT!! I claim "dibbs" on Paul, Saul. As the only one on this site who regularly attends a Messianic Jewish service, HE was "ours" first, you Christian pretenders stole him and his story.... Grin. Paul. The FIRST "Protestant"...? Protesting the Jewish claim on Jesus. And making a Catholic Saint out of a good Jewish boy...shame on you. He never denied not staying a Jew his entire life, he bemoaned the fact that his fellow Jews didn't see the light, didn't accept what happened, he MINISTERED to the Gentiles, but stayed a Jew till his last breath. Freaky Chik
Hey it sounds like an un-real book, and as soon as I get back from PLANET SHAKERS (a christian youth conference interstate :D :D :D *can't wait*)... I'm going to go to my local christian book shop and see if they have it... if they don't... I'll order it!!! Thanks Bruce :)
Aloysius
when you said un-real, i didn't get the tone of it since this is online convo. i thought you meant that the book was fake. St. Paul was a Jew who believed in Christ's message and it's Universal, or Catholic, application. He was a "Hebrew Catholic" http://hebrewcatholic.org

M.SIGGA
Paul was a Greek Jew, not Hebrew. Saul of Tarsus was his old name and he was a Roman citizen, which was the only reason he was protected by Roman soldiers from protestors. (technically a Jew and a Gentile at the same time) Just thought I'd throw in my two cents...carry on now
