TeresaofAvila, thank you for your prayers. I would like to add the Tyburn Nuns to your list of vocation prayers. I will be visiting them for 3 weeks over Easter and am very happy about it. Mother Xavier said I would be living in the enclosure with the novices and following their schedule. It is very daunting and scary, but also very exciting and joyful. Pray for me too please.

Nunsense.....I hope that you are able to arrange a flight for your visit to Tyburn at Easter. I will pray for you as you discern with this lovely historical Commnunity. You might be interested in this link:-

Thank you - that is a lovely video. They have some nice videos on their website as well, under the Vocations section. I am sure that the money and place ticket will come together if I just keep praying, after all I have all of eight weeks to get it together - lol!

Thank you for your prayers.

Nunsense: my community is in St. Louis Missouri (well that's where I'll be for my years of formation, being that it is international. once godwilling I am professed I could then be transferred to any of their convents throughout the world) the webpage is www.mountgraceconvent.org and the Professed sisters wear a Pink Habit with White Scapular and Veil, aspirants/postulants/novices wear white habits and veils. The little photo at the end of my posts is the inside chapel of Mount Grace with two of the professed sisters kneeling in adoration

I'm curious. You say that the aspirants, postulants and novices all wear the same habit? How do you tell them apart? That's unique that you can be sent, even though it is a cloistered monastery, to any of their monasteries in the world.

I love their chapel. It was one place, regrettably, I never had the chance to visit when I was in STL as a travel nurse! :(

Edit: it posted twice!
