I think it worked! If you ask me, if your a Catholic and not a ND fan then something is wrong with you.

EcceNovaFacioOmni
Texas vs. Ohio State will be better than last year. No. 1 vs. No. 2 in the second week - doesn't get any better. If Notre Dame wins, they're almost guaranteed to move up.

Tony
Notre Dame got beat.. bad :( Auburbn beat LSU in a defensive battle 7-3 Oregon beat Oklahoma 34-33 dispite being down 33-20 with 1:30 something left. (they shouldnt of been given the ball on that onside kick) Clemson beat FSU 27-20 Florida beat Tenn 21-20 USC beat Nebraska by a few tds the way I see it, the road to making the championship game as 3 main groups: group 1 has only one team. Ohio State . group 2: USC & Auburn. if OSU and these 2 teams all stay undefeated, 1 of these two teams gets in and the other is screwed. They both want the Buckeyes to lose one bad. group 3 has atleast 4 teams, maybe lots more hoping atleast 2 of the 3 teams in the 1st two guoups lose and the BCS system likes them better than any of the other teams in the group: West Virginia, Florida, Michigan, Texas (even though they have lost one), and perhaps Georgia and Louisville. EcceNovaFacioOmni
OSU vs. Michigan will be quite a game this year. I can't wait. I could very well see some 1 loss teams in the title game this year.
Romans1513
20 Reasons why college football > NFL: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/preview06/co...&id=2549750 I especially like numbers 1 and 15. And 12 of course, as I'm in a college marching band. My teams are Pitt and Ohio State. Not such a big Notre Dame fan. And of course, as follows, my least favorite are Michigan, Penn State, and especially West Virginia. And currently Michigan State- yesterday didn't go so well, looks like the season might not go so well all around, with the exception of OSU doing well. ~Katie Edited September 17, 2006 by Romans1513
