Theologian in Training
So, I just got back and today I have had more calls and asked to do more things than I have in my entire priesthood. Tomorrow I have my first funeral, which is a tough one, because the man died instantly in a car crash, he was only 45. I was also asked to pray in the middle of the town on November 11th, for Veteran's Day, I blessed my first apartment today, and was just asked to do a Morning Recollection, sponsored by the Rosary Society in another parish in March. I am also preparing two couples for marriage...when did all this happen??? God Bless

Fides_et_Ratio
just think.. when you get back from your next vacation, you'll probably have double the workload... they're easing you into parish life.
