God often uses human agents to do His will, like Cyrus of Persia (I'll let you find the reference yourself, as I think it would be a good exercise for you to pick up a Bible and Catechism and actually read what it says instead of being led by emotional sloganeering). Well, if God wanted Osama bin Laden dead, He'd do something about it. (Well, with Hitler and Stalin, I should clarify to mean dead before they ordered the murders of so many people.)
