Oh goodie. One passage that "seems" to back you up, allowing you to IGNORE the dozen that condemn your practice.
Based on "Sola Scriptura," one passage is all I need.

Is it safe to assume that you believe that the protestants who practice infant baptism are not true Christians? That's going to hurt your numbers.

PS--I like how you forget to quote the Scriptures when you cite "dozens" of passages that condemn infant baptism. I'll make it easy on you. Just quote one dozen that condemn infant baptism. LOL

Mateo instead of just burying me in Catholic slogans and complaints about my character, why not tell me what Mark 9:39-40 means in the Catholic Church?

From where Im standing they have basically cut that verse out of their Bibles.
Apparently, it means that you shouldn't be criticizing Catholics.

Not really. HERE you can read them all, right here!

Which just goes to show, you haven't got a CLUE what Sola Scriptura even means.

We do not condemn others of any religion for doing good. We do not condemn others of any Christian religion for doing good in Christ's name. We condemn them only for distorting Christ's message in any and all aspects which we believe they are distorting Christ's message.

Do you ever stop spreading preposterous propaganda? Even after we've asked you to stop.

Funny you should bring that up. Do you read any of the various tranlsations?

KJV (Protestant): 36: And he took a child, and set him in the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them,
37: Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.
38: And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.
39: But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.
40: For he that is not against us is on our part.
41: For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.

NAB (Catholic):
36 Taking a child he placed it in their midst, and putting his arms around it he said to them,
37 "Whoever receives one child such as this in my name, receives me; and whoever receives me, receives not me but the one who sent me."
38 John said to him, "Teacher, we saw someone driving out demons in your name, and we tried to prevent him because he does not follow us."
39 Jesus replied, "Do not prevent him. There is no one who performs a mighty deed in my name who can at the same time speak ill of me.
40 For whoever is not against us is for us.
41 Anyone who gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ, amen, I say to you, will surely not lose his reward.
42 "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe (in me) to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were put around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

What was the point you were trying to make? Where are you standing?
This seems to clearly justify the Christian Tradtion of Infant Baptism and to condemn the later 'tradition' of denying a child Batptism.

Not really. HERE you can read them all, right here!
Hahaha. You mean you believe in snake handling and drinking poisons (link)? I love "Bible-based" churches. Like so many Ethiopian eunuchs...

Based on your image, I'm tempted to ask if your church is firmly KJV-only. "Who dares rely on NIV/NASB/ASV/RSV/Darby translations? They're all infidels!" LOL
Which just goes to show, you haven't got a CLUE what Sola Scriptura even means.
Considering that the inventors of sola scriptura actually believed and practiced infant baptism, I'm not too worried about the soundness of my interpretation of Sola Scriptura.

Apparently, your definition of involves the discarding of passages like 1 Peter 3:21, without providing any passages which explicitly support your opinion. It seems as if you place your opinions above Holy Scripture.

If you'd like a more complete treatment of infant baptism (which is accepted by Catholics, Orthodox, and probably the majority of protestant sects), then you may read this:

Excellent. I'm going to pick up the next Bible I find. It's not like there's any ancient symbolism, social mores or stories being referenced that I might not understand!

And there's only one translation into my language, without any possibility of someone changing a significant word or passage!

I am very impressed that you learnt all about all those cultures first hand, without consulting any "experts." However, I don't have the money or the lifespan to learn all these things first hand like you, so I will have to use books and footnotes in one of many translations. Or Maybe you could pass along the personally learned knowledge you've gained in your...how many? years.

Why are people called "EXPERTS" (is there a difference when the word is all caps?)?

I reckon if I didn't know how to read, I wouldn't have been able to scuttle "sola Scriptura" with a sentence on a fourth grade reading level. But hey, how can I compare to someone who has first hand, without benefit of others, taught himself the history surrounding the Bible as it is known to us now? I should just give up and become a Budgeite, Budger, Budgregriar? Budgeolic? Budgestant? Budgist? Budgeran?

I can see the problems already....
