Do Catholics believe in the "rapture"?

Some of my Pentacostal friends talk about it alot, and being raised Catholic, to be honest I didn't really know what it was, Of course I did not tell them this :

So can some one please explain what we Catholics beleive about it, and an important action that will happen, how come no body seems to talk about it in the Catholic church.
