hermit
I watch the Mass every day on EWTN before I go to work, and yes I will admit its hard to enter into the televised Mass when your your sitting in an easy chair drinking a cup of coffie, all that aside, I do enjoy getting the daily Gospel reading and a really good Homily to follow, it gives me something to think about while I'm shoveling concrete at work, and today was a special treat with the Eastern Rite Maronite Mass, Needless to say I was late for work..... zunshynn
Actually, presently there is no Bishop for the Birmingham diocese. Bishop Foley resigned right before JP2 died, and for whatever reason they have not gota new one. So Bishop Foley has been acting as bishop still, but from what I understand he does not have Episcopal jurisdiction of the diocese. But I'm sure they did have permission. I forgot to watch it though.
