you may wish to send him an email and just tell him that you haven't heard from him in a while, so you are wondering if he is doing ok and if he had the time to respond to your email.

Actually, he is more of my wife's buddy from her AG family group days where she got saved. He sometimes waits months to respond to our previous emails, but I will find a way to break the silence.
