Piccoli Fiori JMJ
Thanks everyone I spent a few hours at the hospital this evening with him... he is sedated and on morphine to alivate the pain. His kidneys are already gone and his blood pressure is low (like 54/47 or something like that...) Now it is just waiting for God to call him home No call since I left, so we will see what happens... cmotherofpirl
Eye has not seen, ear has not heard what God has ready for those who love him; Spirit of love, come give us the mind of Jesus, teach us the wisdom of God. When pain and sorrow weigh us down, be near to us, O Lord, forgive the weakness of our faith and bear us up within your peaceful word. Our lives are but a single breath, we flower and we fade, yet all our days are in your hands, so we return in love what love had made.
alicemary
You must see this as only his soul getting ready to shake off the unnecessary body parts. It is a true communion of body with soul. It is very hard to loose those that we love, but they are never far. God be with you during this time..
St. Catherine
My prayers are with you and your family. I went through this very thing this week with my grandma. She died on Sunday, waiting was the hardest part. She is at peace now finally, but it is still really hard.

brendan1104
"The just shall be in everlasting remembrance: he shall not fear the evil hearing."- Sacred Scripture May the angels lead you into paradise: may the martyrs receive you at your coming, and lead you into the holy city, Jerusalem. May the choir of angels receive you, and with Lazarus, who once was poor, may you have everlasting rest.
