cappie
The Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary placed on the Roman calandar by Pope Pius XII in 1942 is what is known as an optional memorial. The Birth of John the Baptist is a solemnity so it ranks "higher". So this year the Immaculate Heart is not celebrated on that day which is the saturday following the feast of the Sacred Heart. (There is nothing to stop the celebrant from transferring it to the following Saturday or any other day that does not have a feast day)
