How can I honour Our Lady more?

I believe that I owe a lot to the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I already pray the Rosary daily but I want to do something that is similar to putting flowers on her Altar.
I would feel strange putting flowers on her Altar, because they will only wither and die and I feel that Our Lady would prefer I do something which is beneficial for others.
Can I simply offer up some good work to honour her?
But I still feel that isn't enough, I could do that anyway.
And I can't wear a scapular or a miraculous medal because I am a swimming instuctor and I also dont like jewellery.
Any ideas?

I have a couple suggestions:

1. Consecrate your whole self using the formula of St. Louis de Montfort

2. Consecrate everyday at its start using any of the various forms found in the Church's richest tradtion

3. Wear a scapular anyway, simply take it off when working or showering.

4. Honor Christ in all that you do and say, so as to never sin again.
