missionarybelle
All my friends do. If I'm sitting with them I will but usually I sit with my family so I don't. I just pray after communion.
franciscanheart
[quote name='Seven77' post='991928' date='May 28 2006, 03:11 PM'] A very good prayer of thanksgiving after Mass Sweetest Jesus, Body and Blood Most Holy Be the delight and pleasure of my soul, my strength and salvation in every temptation, my peace and joy in every trial, my light and guide in every word and deed and my final protection in death. morostheos
It depends on how long the silence after Communion is. If it's a suitable length, I don't stay after, but if it's really short or non existant I stay for a bit.

let_go_let_God
Most everyone in our parish gathers in the aisles after mass and talk. There are a few parishoners who stay and pray near the memorials of St. Joseph and Mary. Since I am part of the music ministry, I am asked to change the numbers after mass so I pray while I'm doing that so my mother can't bug me to go. God bless- LGLG
