Has this letter been approved to be worthy of belief?

I ask as it says: " Those people, who brawl against my religion [b]and cast slurs on this Sacred Letter, shall be forsaken by Me[/b]." [b](emphasis mine) [/b] . I understand that no private revelation is bound to be believed, yet the letter says this. Therefore, I ask for clarification.
