Paladin D
My mother insists that it's against God's law to eat Pork. His law changes not, so therefore it still remains. Including rounded beards and such. However, circumsision is not required because that was changed in the Bible, and so was Sacrefices on the Altar. I told her they were customs for the Jews, but she says they were part of the Law. Since God doesn't change... they still remain. How do I convince her that eating Pork is not a sin? (Though it's still unhealthy)
Winchester
I believe that falls under Mosaic Law, and non Jews are thus able to indulge in swine without disobeying God. We do not have to become Jews to become Christians, and Christians are not beholden to follow Mosaic law, thus circumcision is not a rule (although it's a good idea!) :cheer:
