The corporal mortification is dissuaded by the council VaticanII. Era Might, the Quote of St. Faustina Kowalska is great. B. Adam, "Blessed be pain. Loved be pain. Sanctified be pain...Glorified be pain!", it is penance......and mortification, this is what they taught me inside. Eutychus, before criticizing Opus Dei, know it better.
