philothea
I bet that a lot of them don't know any better..some may. I think there's a lot of hurt inside that goes with dressing like that.
Yeah. If they ever thought "Hey, maybe this isn't appropriate for Mass" they'd probably move right on to "maybe this isn't appropriate at all." I always feel so bad for the guys at church... and the priests! Gaaah.
JudgedByGod
I'd still also like to hear what people think about guys not having to wear shirts. Is that unmodest of guys, atleast around ladies?
I was just talking about this the other day with someone. I'm personally not a big fan of guys running around without shirts. Because well, I don't need to be falling for lust and neither do the rest of the ladies. I don't think they need to stay covered for the same reasons that we do, but I don't know how it can't lead us to atleast some lustful thoughts. Jaime
Isn't this why skorts were invented?

Balthazor
the ability to lead people into sin based on what you wear (aka skankiness) is hard to gage something that is provocative on one person can be fine on another. For example.....I can wear a dress my leggy and buxom blonde friend can't because I am short and flat. Prudence is the word my friends, prudence. Jaime
No one likes my skorts idea?
Balthazor
I like the skort...however it tends to confuse men. From the front it looks like a short skirt and the back it is shorts. So if a guy sees a girl wearing a sexy short shirt...and he is like "wow"....and then he blinks and she is gone and instead is a chick in shorts....and he is like ..."what happened to the hot girl?" So I feel it is just not fair to them....you know confusing guys like that.
prose
As for the no-shirt thing. The irony is most men that take their shirts off, cause the opposite of lust in me... gahhh..... However, I think when men go shirtless with shorts hanging so low that you can see the "v" of their lower abdomen... That is waaaayyyy too low. And what exactly is a "tramp Stamp"? I am usually up on this lingo, but apparently us Canadians skipped that one.
Balthazor
A tramp stamp is a tatoo...generally on the small of the back.....above the crack.
Brother Adam
I wonder if most women realize how easy it is for them to be causes of sin for so many men. Even around here I have to remind girls that showing off cleavage is a rather bad idea unless they enjoy the idea of men mentally stripping them. It took me years to train myself just not to look, or rather, that ignoring immodest dress has become second nature. If that makes any sense. Balthazor
I wonder why men are wired like they are? I mean the littlest thing sends them into sin.

Its why there really is no Victoria Secret for men, or why Playgirl isn't popular. It's why if a girl wants to talk about 'relationship problems' I tell them to talk to my wife.
