Fallen Away Godparents

So I was thinking of how my Godparents have not really been "Godparents" as they have rejected faith in God, let alone Catholicism. Feeling a bit sorry for myself. Then I realized, maybe they were my Godparents not to take care of me, but for me to pray for them. I'll be seeing them for the first time in years at my sisters wedding in May, and praying for them.

I guess we could all pray for our godparents, I'd like to pray for mine.

Specifically my Uncle who has seen some very violent things and was originally devout as a teen. And my Aunt who seems to be very lost and confused.
