Deb
I have about sixty books waiting in the wings so I won't list them all. I just started "The Spirituality of the Diocesan Priest." I also have open the Fr. Brown Mysteries. by Chesterton. Crossing the Threshold of Hope by JPII I am slowly trying to read "The Wellspring of Worship" by Jean Corbon. It is probably a bit over my head so I am taking it slowly. I tried to read it six months ago and was lost. Now, it is making sense. I am reading for the second time, "The gift of Faith" by Fr. Tadeusz Dajczer. I love that book. I am also trying to keep up with my Catholic Spirit, National Catholic Register, Catholic World Report and St. Anthony Messenger. I also am reading the Bible of course and the Catechism. Slowly making my way through them both.

CatherineM
That's a good book. I'm reading/doing a workbook on PTSD. I'd rather be reading Rahner or Lonergan.
Deb
I just finished "The unchanging heart of the Priesthood" by Fr. Thomas Acklin. It was such a beautiful book. I learned so much about the intimate relationship that one can have with God and how beautiful it can be. I highly recommend it.

TeresaBenedicta
Just finished a biography on Edith Stein, which I thoroughly enjoyed (of course!). I'm currently reading some of Edith Stein's spiritual writings, which are selected and compiled by some translator or another. Along with that, I'm reading True Devotion, The Lamb's Supper by Scott Hahn (read it once before, but it deserves a closer read), and Anne Rice's The Vampire Armand. I never mean to be reading multiple books at once, but it always tends to happen. I might put down The Lamb's Supper until I finish either True Devotion or my Edith Stein book. Both of those are primarily spiritual reading. Anne Rice is my trashy fiction fedish. But at least it's good trashy fiction.
CatherineM
You can always buy my book and read it. It's not trashy though. It's practically a snuff film.
