well, mine are still a work in progress but i have a few good ones in mind. I always say "I Proud to be Catholic" and stuff, but i noticed i don't really practice the things that distinctly are. For one thing i almost never pray the rosary, i've never been to adoration, and i only go to confession on a "when i feel like it" basis, and it's one of my favorite sacraments. I also never read the bible (then again some ppl would argue that's something i'm doing right.lol i do go to a bible study to help make up for that tho. i know it's no excuse). and there's a few things that i know that a should be feeling (for lack of a better word) as a catholic that aren't really there is the closeness to Mary and the eucharist. Those are things i know i really need to work on if i still truly want to call myself a practicing catholic. I also need to pray more consistently, i mean i do say a short prayer every morning and one at night , but sometimes i don't really feel like i'm focused. those are things i know i need to work on in the spiritual dept.

of course there's the typical "get in better shape" resolution, i don't think it would be new years w/o it! lol

i also want to figure out exactly what i want to do with my life after community college (ie decide my major) by the end of the year.

also, to open up more to other people and work on communication skills

well, it's start. now the real question is "will i keep them past jan 2, 2004?"

This year I'm working on discipline in several areas of my life, including the practice of my faith, my finances, and my time. I also have about 30 books in my house that I have started reading, but not finished, so I'm resolving to finish them all at some point in 2004.
