MichaelFilo
Since they aren't policy makers it's almost a non-issue. However, the only thing I know about them is their moral stances, which do reflect that of the Republican party (I'd say sadly, since the consensus is to allow abortion in certain cases which is the special belief of our president, whilst some of his more conservative cronies including Chaney and Rummsfield reject it completly). However, I have seen neither judge in any shape or form advocate many of the measures taken on the domestic front; but they certainly aren't unconstitutional. ardillacid
You have blinders on if you think judges aren't policy makers.
MichaelFilo
Hahahaha, its more of a problem of having the constitution on. They aren't supposed to be. The fact that some do, and that they are always liberal reforms (I mention the Warren court, because hell, we know what I mean), I don't expect it from conservative judges. Leao
You know something, you're absolutely right. I say we should have allowed Saddam to keep his reign of terror over his country. Gas the hell out of those Kurds is what I say! Hell, we should have just left Adolf Hilter alone as well. Daniel, you're stupid.
I really can't understand why so many orthodox American Catholics defend Bush's war in Iraq, sometimes even making the bewildering assertion that it's linked to 9/11. Pope JP II was also vehemently against the war. Would you retort in a similarly scathing fashion to his position? leao
