The form for adding a post is too wide for my screen (annoying), but I like the toolbars, which are just like all the other toolbars in my life online (blogger, Gmail, etc). Very easy and smooth to use. Also I don't notice a huge change in other ways, which is good, because change = bad. All the differences barring the wide screen seem to be for the good.
